Carnegie Surgical LLC Website Shipping Policy

Customers can choose different shipping options available at the time of purchase, Carnegie Surgical offers to its customers free domestic ground shipping on orders worth over US $500. Ground shipping typically takes between 3-5 days in the continental United States. In addition, ground orders will typically take 1-2 days to process. Thus, customers can expect most in stock products to arrive within 4 or 7 business days of their order date! For customers seeking expedited shipping, Carnegie Surgical offers several options:

• UPS – Ground: Delivery within 4-7 business days, depending on location
• UPS – 2nd Day Air: Delivery within 2 business days
• UPS – Next Day Air: Delivery within 1 business day
• UPS – Next Day Air Saver: Delivery within 1 business day
• USPS – Priority Mail®: Delivery within 1-3 business days
• USPS – Priority Mail Express™: Delivery within 1-2 business days

Carnegie Surgical is not liable for any packages not delivered within the specified timeframe resulting from unforeseen carrier delays, as it has no control over the carrier’s logistics.

Expedited Shipping

Orders that require expedited shipping must be made before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday, in order to be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will not be processed for shipment the same day but placing an order before 2:00 p.m. does not guarantee the shipment will be ready to ship the same day.

Customers are notified via phone or email if their orders do not ship on the same day due to backorder delays or other reasons. Carnegie Surgical does not ship on weekends or on US public holidays.

Packaging & Inspection

Inspecting and packaging goods are always complex, our warehouse technicians work hard to inspect and package all your goods carefully before they head out the door. They make sure that each item arrives at its destination safely so you can feel confident about your purchase!

We are committed to making sure that you receive the highest quality merchandise, and we want to ensure a good experience. If your product arrives in damaged condition please notify us within 10 days of receipt so we can get it fixed as quickly as possible.

Delivery Estimates

Our warehouse is stocked and ready to go with the best of what we have. However, please note that a wide variety of circumstances may delay the delivery process for your order. We do not take responsibility or liability in cases where unforeseen delays are incurred with making deliveries on time.

Carnegie Surgical reserves the right to send partial shipments on orders. Also, multiple orders to a single facility may ship in the same package, albeit with separate packing lists. If you obtained delivery information via communication with someone from our customer service team, please note that the delivery information you obtained from our team is an estimate and not a guarantee of delivery. At any moment, the availability of goods may change due to prior sale/sale or production scheduling. We will try our best to get your order as fast as possible, but we can’t make any promises that it will be delivered by a specific date.
